Fenerbahçe Safiport reached the semi-finals by beating Galatasaray in the Bitci Turkish Cup

Fenerbahçe Safiport Women’s Basketball Team defeated Galatasaray 74-68 in the quarter-final match of the Bitci Women’s Turkish Cup hosted by Mersin, and made its mark in the semi-finals.

Tuğçe Canıtez, who played with 16 points and 10 rebounds, made a double-double. While Alina Iagupova was the team’s scorer with 18 points, Olcay Çakır Turgut also contributed significantly to the victory with 10 points.

Queens of the Crucible will face Nesibe Aydın in the semi-final match of the Bitci Women’s Turkish Cup on Thursday, March 24.

Fenerbahce Safiport, who increased the lead to 9 points (72-63) with the layups of Iagupova, Williams, McBride, Olcay and Tuğçe in the fourth quarter, did not make any mistakes in the last section and defeated Galatasaray 74-68 and made his name written in the semi-finals of the cup.
