Fenerbahce Safiport Women’s Basketball Team Head Coach Victor Lapena and players Amanda Zahui and Elizabeth Williams made statements after the match in which we won the Final Four in Women’s EuroLeague by beating TTT Riga 88-65.
Our head coach Victor Lapena said, “I’m not thinking about the Final Four for now. First of all, we will enjoy this victory today. After that, starting tomorrow, I will think about the Turkish Cup and the league games before that. When it’s time for the Final Four, I’ll focus on the Final Four. But for now, we have league matches and the Turkish Cup ahead of us.” said.
Amanda Zahui, who was the scorer of the match with 22 points scored by the opponent, said, “We worked on some details by putting it on even more in today’s and yesterday’s training sessions. We knew this win would bring the Final Four. We performed well.” he said.
“This is my first Final Four,” said Elizabeth Williams, who scored 12 points. It was very important for my first experience. I did my best. We worked hard for this win.” she said.
