Our Fenerbahçe, who is the victim of one of the biggest unlawfulness in the history of the Republic of Turkey; For the compensation of any kind of damage suffered due to the 3 July plot; The first hearing of the “Compensation Case”, which we filed against the Turkish Football Federation, which caused this damage with the decisions it made at that time, as the first step of this process, without prejudice to our rights regarding the surplus, was held today.
However, the defendant requested the judge’s refusal one day before the hearing. Against this request, we have declared that the request is not in accordance with the law, and the court has decided to send the file to the competent authority for the review of the judge’s rejection request.
In the light of all these developments, no procedural or substantive examination has been made in the case file, and when the decision to be made by the competent authority regarding the request for the rejection of the judge becomes final, the trial will continue with the same judge or with a new judge.
We will stand up to the injustice done against Fenerbahçe, who has been standing tall since the first day, and we will continue our legal struggle with all our determination.
