Our boxers Kevser Tütüncü and Muhammet Halil Doğru, who entered the ring in the Youth European Championship, advanced to the quarter finals.
Youth European Championship is held in Bulgaria’s capital Sofia.
In the organization where our national team participated with a total of 25 athletes, 13 men and 12 women, 4 Fenerbahce boxers, 2 women and 2 men, are fighting for medals.

Today, 54 kg Kevser Tütüncü defeated his Hungarian opponent and 80 kg Muhammet Halil Doğru defeated his Irish opponent and advanced to the quarter finals. 92 kg Göktürk Ersungur, on the other hand, lost to his Armenian opponent and said goodbye to the tournament.
